Abstract

В июне 2015 г. страны ЕС продлили на полгода действие экономических санкций против России, увязав их, как и раньше, с полным выполнением минских соглашений. На состоявшемся Санкт-Петербургском экономическом форуме был заключен ряд сделок, крупнейшей из которых стала продажа «Роснеф- тью» BP 20% пакета акций в якутском месторождении, но обсужденные сделки в газовой отрасли – строительство второго трубопровода в Германию, «западного маршрута» трубопровода в Китай или трубопровода в Грецию – пока остаются лишь меморандумами о намерениях. Принято в первом чтении решение о переносе с декабря на сентябрь 2016 г. парламентских выборов, инициатива А. Ку- дрина об их совмещении с президентскими не получила поддержки руководства Администрации Пре- зидента и парламента.
