Влияние Качества Инфраструктуры Морских Портов На Маршрутизацию Торговых Потоков

Abstract

Анализ издержек транспортировки российских внешнеторговых грузов свидетельствует о том, что качественные характеристики инфраструктуры российских морских портов в значительной степени влияют на маршрутизацию торговых потоков – порты с низким качеством инфраструктуры зачастую проигрывают конкурентную борьбу. При формировании экономической политики России в области внешней торговли необходимо ориентироваться не только на расширение пропускных способностей терминалов российских морских портов, но и на повышение качества их инфраструктуры.
