Abstract

В январе – октябре 2014 г. организациями всех форм собственности построено 729,4 тыс. квартир площадью 56,1 млн кв. м, что составило 123,7% к соответствующему периоду 2013 г. Несмотря на макроэкономическую ситуацию в стране, соотношение между ценой жилья и доходами населения в 2014 г. свидетельствует об увеличении доступности жилья как на первичном, так и на вторичном рынках. Средневзвешенная ставка по выданным в течение месяца ИЖК в рублях в 2014 г., начиная с минимального значения в 11,97% в марте, увеличилась до 12,84% в октябре. Задолженность по ИЖК на 1 октября 2014 г. составила 6,19% от соответствующего ВВП, что на 1,21 п.п. превышает значение на 1 октября 2013 г.
