Abstract

В 1-м полугодии 2014 г. построено 375,8 тыс. квартир общей площадью 29,4 млн кв. м, что составило 130,2% к соответствующему периоду предыдущего года. Средняя фактическая стоимость строительства 1 кв. м общей площади жилых домов во II кв. 2014 г. увеличилась на 13,55% по сравнению со II кв. 2013 г. и составила 40456 руб., а соотношение между ценой 1 кв. м жилья общей площади на первичном рынке жилья и стоимостью строительства 1 кв. м жилья уменьшилось за тот же срок на 12,6% и составило 125,86%. Объем регистраций права собственности физических лиц на земельные участки в 1-м полугодии 2014 г. (2796474 акта) увеличился по сравнению с 1-м полугодием 2013 г. на 1,69%. В январе – июле 2014 г. предоставлено 538482 ИЖК на сумму 927,038 млрд руб., что превышает объем ИЖК, выданных в январе – июле 2013 г., на 39,67% в денежном выражении и на 31,01% по числу кредитов. В июле 2014 г. средневзвешенная ставка по ИЖК, выданным в течение месяца в рублях, снизилась относительно июня на 0,02 п.п. до 12,21%.
