O nouă teorie, adaptată la piețele financiare de astăzi – Teoria piețelor adaptive

Abstract

Teoria Piețelor Adaptive propune o soluție consonantă pentru analiza ecosistemului financiar punând împreună teoria piețelor eficiente și teoria finanțelor comportamentale. Știința finanțelor comportamentele, care tocmai în perioada sa recentă de adolescență a primit trei premii Nobel, are locul primordial. Astfel, analiza de proces decizional economic și financiar trebuie să ia în considerare influența sistemică a elementul uman în ipostaza sa primordială în care succesul evoluționist se măsoară prin supraviețuire în competiția pentru profit și joburi din piețele financiare.
