Abstract

Articolul abordează pe scurt subiectul principiilor, deciziilor și comportamentului pe care investitorii individuali ar trebui să le adopte și să le implementeze pentru a obține rezultate bune din activitatea lor de-a lungul periodelor îndelungate de timp. Lucrarea descrie și comentează ce însemnă cu adevărat noțiunea de investiție și cum se diferențiază aceasta de speculație, pentru ca apoi să treacă în revistă principalele clase de active investiționale potrivite investitorului individual, care sunt caracteristicile importante ale acestora și cum au performat ele în timp. Așadar, invit pe oricine interesat de lumea fascinantă a investițiilor și a piețelor financiare să parcurgă paginile ce urmează, cu speranța că, fie că are deja multe cunoștințe în domeniu, fie că se află într-o etapă de acumulare rapidă a acestora din dorința de a-și cultiva educația financiară și investițională, parcurgerea lor va fi plăcută și utilă deopotrivă.
