Coupable jusqu’à la preuve contraire: analyse sémio-discursive de la médiatisation de l’acte de justice

Abstract

La présente analyse se propose d’investiguer la manière dans laquelle les médias et principalement les nouvelles des journaux télévisés contribuent à la spectacularisation de l’image de la justice en plaçant l’information dans un contexte théâtral (Postman, N., Dragan I., etc.), ce qui mène à une dilution du contenu sous l’apparence des formes spectaculaires et parfois à une déformation due aux „métaphores média - tiques”. Nous nous proposons d’analyser les nouvelles des principales émissions informatives des chaînes de télévision (publique et privées) dans la période 16 mars – 2 avril 2012 pour ce qui est de la feuilletonisation de l’image de la justice dans le cas M.Boldea.
