Uma nota sobre obesidade na primeira infância e fatores espaciais de microrregiões brasileiras

Abstract

Este trabalho analisou os fatores espaciais associados a taxa de obesidade na primeira infância entre as microrregiões brasileiras, em 2016. Para isso, aplicou-se a Análise Exploratória de Dados Espaciais, os modelos econométricos espaciais e a Regressão Ponderada Geograficamente. Observou-se associação negativa entre essa taxa e as variáveis PIB per capita, IFDM Educação e os médicos que atendem no Sistema Único de Saúde, e positiva com a densidade demográfica. As variáveis IFDM Educação e equipes da Estratégia Saúde da Família exerceram efeito local sobre esse agravo crônico, evidenciando diferenças regionais entre as áreas economicamente menos e mais favorecidas do Brasil.
