Uma nota sobre a avaliação do programa Agroamigo através de modelos Autoregressivos Vetoriais em Painel

Abstract

Nosso objetivo é verificar a relação entre a concessão do Agroamigo e o desenvolvimento e crescimento econômico, representados pelo IFDM e pela taxa de crescimento do PIB per capita, respectivamente. Para isso, estimamos um Vetor Autorregressivo para Dados em Painel (PVAR), abrangendo 1626 municípios do Nordeste e norte de Minas Gerais, no período de 2010 a 2016. Nossos resultados apontam para uma resposta positiva e estatisticamente significante, no curto prazo, advindo de choques do microcrédito rural sobre o IFDM, no qual nos primeiros períodos (aproximadamente 1 ano), os repasses do Agroamigo parecem expandir o bem-estar social nos munícipios analisados.
