Abstract

In the last years the world and the Brazifian economy have been changíng deeply. Fusions, acquisitions and strategic alliances are multíplying everywhere. Most of these changes are related with deep modifications in thevalue systems, aftecting ali industries. The search for competitiveness is more and more concerned with the search for the optimal systemic beyond organizational frontiers. Within this context, logistics management gaíns a new dimension, encompassing lhe integratian of ali activities related to the value system, from raw materiaIs to the final customer. The main objective ot this paper is to review the logistical management after ali these changes, focusing on supply chain management methodology.
