Sicurezza ? cultura.. Se ? comunicazione. Riflessioni sull?opportunit? di una cultura della sicurezza d?impresa

Abstract

L?articolo mostra come per costruire un?autentica cultura della sicurezza di impresa sia indispensabile armonizzare le azioni attraverso le quali, nel rispetto della normativa e delle esigenze di produzione, viene gestita la sicurezza in azienda. In particolare, si fa riferimento agli interventi relativi a quattro aree cruciali, dal punto di vista della cultura d?impresa, per il funzionamento organizzativo: elaborazione e condivisione delle strategie di pensiero, comunicazioni interne ed esterne, comportamenti organizzativi e pratiche professionali, relazioni interpersonali ed intergruppo. Obiettivo specifico del lavoro ? mostrare come tale sinergia conduca alla produzione di valore/i in grado di sostenere le organizzazioni produttive nel loro funzionamento.
