Interventi per la prevenzione del rischio clinico: Il caso dell?Azienda Ospedaliera di Alessandria

Abstract

L?Azienda Ospedaliera di Alessandria ? l?hub di II livello nella Rete Ospedaliera dell?area Piemonte-Sud Est. A partire dal 2022, la Regione ha individuato nel Dipartimento Attivit? Integrate Ricerca e Innovazione (DAIRI) istituito tra AO AL e ASL AL, l?infrastruttura di supporto regionale alla ricerca e ai processi clinico-organizzativi nelle Aziende Sanitarie Regionali, per la realizzazione degli obiettivi di sviluppo della ricerca sanitaria. In AO AL ? attiva una Struttura Semplice a valenza aziendale (SSA) Rischio Clinico che opera in staff al Direttore Sanitario. Il responsabile della SSA guida l?Unit? di Gestione del Rischio Clinico aziendale che coordina le attivit? funzionali all?implementazione del Programma Regionale per la gestione del Rischio Clinico. Peculiare ? l?attenzione a favorire la risoluzione stragiudiziale dei contenziosi derivanti da eventi avversi per migliorare la relazione tra i cittadini e il sistema sanitario, favorita dalla figura del responsabile che ? incaricato anche della Medicina Legale.
