Gestione partecipata della risposta all?emergenza Covid-19. L?esperienza unica della Provincia autonoma di Bolzano

Abstract

In Europa, diversi Paesi hanno introdotto lo screening di massa ma in, Italia, la Provincia di Bolzano è stata la prima ad averne fatto uso, introducendo un cambiamento di paradigma nella gestione dell?emergenza Covid-19. Il programma ?Test rapidi in Alto Adige? (20-22 novembre 2020) ha testato circa il 65% della popolazione ed è stato seguito dal programma ?Monitoraggio Alto Adige?, finora unico in Europa, che ha monitorato un campione rappresentativo della popolazione di oltre 20.000 persone (dicembre 2020-aprile 2021). Il processo è stato caratterizzato dalla stretta collaborazione tra istituzioni pubbliche e tra queste e le associazioni private, dal forte investimento sulla ricerca e la sperimentazione di soluzioni innovative e dalla responsabilità individuale e collettiva, considerando gli effetti delle scelte operate in termini non solo sanitari, ma anche economici e sociali.
