Abstract

Il contributo indaga l?impatto che le relazioni di PPP sociale esercitano sulla performance - finanziaria e non finanziaria - delle strutture ospedaliere pubbliche, evidenziandone modalit? di intervento e opportunit? intrinseche. ? stata condotta un?analisi empirica valutando la centralit? che il ruolo intrapreso dalle organizzazioni non-profit e le loro caratteristiche di corporate governance possono assumere nella determinazione del successo della collaborazione. Lo studio ? stato circoscritto alle relazioni di partenariato pubblico-privato, attive nell?anno 2019, in 6 regioni italiane, selezionate sulla base dei punteggi conseguiti sui Livelli Essenziali di Assistenza (LEA). Il lavoro contribuisce alla letteratura colmando le lacune esistenti e fornisce spunti critici a sostegno tanto dei policy- makers quanto degli operatori del settore.
