Imparare dall?esperienza Covid-19: l?importanza del coordinamento del territorio. Evidenze da una ricerca qualitativa

Abstract

L?impatto epidemico del Covid-19 sul sistema sanitario italiano e soprattutto sulla medicina territoriale e stato superiore anche alle peggiori aspettative. Il nostro Paese e stato infatti tra i piu colpiti dalla pandemia, con problemi evidenti per i servizi sanitari ospedalieri e territoriali. L?emergenza sanitaria non e stata ancora superata ma a due mesi dai primi casi di Covid-19 pare opportuno fare delle prime valutazioni. Il presente lavoro raccoglie il punto di vista di un gruppo di esperti di management sanitario al fine di comprendere come la medicina territoriale abbia gestito finora la crisi sanitaria e quali possano essere le prospettive future. I risultati della survey condotta delineano un quadro abbastanza chiaro: problemi di coordinamento, integrazione, risorse e leadership. Tuttavia, dall?analisi delle criticita e possibile delineare gli interventi organizzativi necessari affinche il sistema sanitario possa con maggiore efficacia gestire eventuali crisi future.
