Riorganizzazione e gestione del personale durante l?emergenza Covid-19: l?esperienza dell?Istituto Clinico Humanitas

Abstract

Lo scopo del presente contributo e quello di descrivere i processi di riorganizzazione e di gestione del personale (sanitario e non) introdotti dall?Istituto Clinico Humanitas, IRCCS privato accreditato, per fronteggiare la crisi Covid-19. Nello specifico, l?articolo intende: (i) presentare le azioni intraprese dall?Istituto per gestire la fase di emergenza; (ii) analizzare i fattori abilitanti che hanno consentito di realizzare la riorganizzazione di struttura, attivita e personale; (iii) approfondire il ruolo ricoperto dalla Direzione Risorse Umane e Organizzazione nella gestione della fase di emergenza; (iv) identificare future prospettive e piani di azione.
