Abstract

Il lavoro propone l?implementazione della tecnologia blockchain per favorire il contrasto alla diffusione del Covid-19. L?esigenza di superare la fase di lockdown e, contestualmente, porre in essere strumenti utili a evitare il ripetersi di contagi diffusi obbliga a utilizzare tecnologie gia esistenti e consolidate, che permettano, nell?urgenza delle decisioni da prendere, di rendere compatibili ripresa della vita sociale ed economica, tutela dei diritti e delle liberta individuali. La proposta si pone l?obiettivo di digitalizzare, snellire, deburocratizzare, velocizzare, migliorare le procedure e i processi volti a una facile e non intrusiva certificazione dei soggetti "non contagiati".
