Sfide manageriali Covid-19: next steps

Abstract

La gestione dell?emergenza Covid a livello di aziende sanitarie e una sequenza di scenari a rapido alternarsi, rispetto ai quali il management deve assumere rapidamente scelte di grande rilevanza e profondita. L?articolo analizza le probabili prossime tappe sequenziali: smaltimento picco Covid, downsizing capacity Covid e separazione ambienti sanitari, attivazione task force a intervento rapido contro nuovi focolai e smaltimento liste di attesa no-Covid. A queste si aggiungono almeno tre processi critici trasversali e permanenti: costruire una narrazione per la gestione dell?identita aziendale, attivare capacity di riserva e di flessibilita, gestire il contenzioso. Per ogni fase si analizzano le possibili criticita gestionali.
