Le reti territoriali e il capitale relazionale nella collaborazione pubblico-privato per la gestione delle emergenze sanitarie. Il caso della Regione siciliana

Abstract

Le problematiche d?intervento pubblico legate alla diffusione del Covid- 19 hanno definito spazi di applicazione del modello di network anche nel contesto della reattivita strategica emergenziale. In questa particolare condizione, il modello di network deve essere considerato in ragione del capitale relazionale inteso come determinante condizione di effettivita degli interventi messi in campo. L?accordo quadro tra AIOP (Associazione Italiana Ospedalita Privata) e Regione siciliana, nato per coinvolgere le case di cura nella rete per la gestione emergenziale, appare coerente con l?intenzione di rafforzare e valorizzare un complesso di legami interaziendali che gia in precedenza potevano essere interpretati e gestiti di fatto in una logica di rete. Una prima analisi della struttura dell?accordo in un?ottica di piu ampia portata sembra essere utile alla verifica empirica della congruita delle interazioni tra modello di network e capitale relazionale.
