Abstract

La farmacia ospedaliera in Italia sta assumendo oggi un ruolo sempre piu centrale nella gestione degli aspetti clinici, organizzativi ed economico-finanziari riguardanti le politiche del farmaco sia a livello di azienda sanitaria sia a livello regionale. In tale contesto, l?obiettivo del presente lavoro e quello di individuare le nuove sfere di competenza della farmacia ospedaliera, accelerarne il processo evolutivo e valutare come l?innovazione tecnologica possa valorizzare il suo ruolo di garante della sicurezza e qualita del farmaco. Cio che emerge chiaramente e l?importanza di centralizzare in farmacia ospedaliera quei servizi ad alto valore aggiunto, come la galenica clinica, attraverso l?applicazione di tecnologie innovative come quelle nell?ambito della robotica. Queste, infatti, supportano in modo tangibile il lavoro del farmacista garantendo la completa tracciabilita dei flussi del farmaco e facilitando l?implementazione di processi produttivi standardizzati all?avanguardia.
