Il ruolo di AGENAS per favorire lo sviluppo delle reti clinico-assistenziali

Abstract

Rispondere ai bisogni di salute in maniera appropriata e con policies adeguate richiede di considerare l?evoluzione dei bisogni sanitari, per pianificare e definire l?offerta sanitaria sul territorio e garantirne la qualita e la sicurezza. La logica di rete sostiene lo sviluppo di nuove soluzioni organizzative, legate tra l?altro alla riconversione dei piccoli ospedali e al potenziamento dei centri di riferimento, sia per le malattie cronico-degenerative sia per le malattie neoplastiche. La programmazione delle Reti clinico-assistenziali e un elemento centrale, secondo una logica reticolare e di continuita tra ospedale e territorio, individuando soluzioni organizzative che mettano a fattor comune competenze specialistiche e strutture, attraverso l?approccio multidisciplinare e l?accessibilita a cure di qualita per tutti i pazienti, indipendentemente dalla loro residenza.
