Governance di rete: sfida complessa e innovazione consapevole

Abstract

La corretta organizzazione delle reti clinico-assistenziali ha consentito di erogare a tutti i livelli (aziendale, regionale, nazionale) servizi e prestazioni la cui governance si caratterizza per efficacia, appropriatezza clinicoorganizzativa ed efficienza nell?uso "intensivo" di risorse dedicate e innovazione tecnologica. L?evoluzione della presa in carico del paziente dalla frammentazione dei processi all?unitarieta dei percorsi clinico-assistenziali ha avuto importanti ricadute sulla qualita dei servizi erogati in ambito preventivo, diagnostico, terapeutico, ma al tempo stesso ha richiesto un intervento importante sui fattori di spesa. Nel programmare una riqualificazione sostenibile dei servizi sanitari regionali, il Regolamento recante "la definizione degli standard qualitativi, strutturali, tecnologici e quantitativi relativi all?assistenza ospedaliera" pone in essere un modello effettivo di cooperazione tra le strutture erogatrici, al quale assegnare ruoli specifici e strutturati secondo caratteristiche standard quali il bacino di utenza, i volumi di attivita erogati e gli esiti delle cure.
