Abstract

L?obiettivo del processo di cambiamentoin atto nella Regione Liguria eil passaggio dalle reti cliniche, le cosiddettemanaged clinical networks, basatesulla condivisione delle procedure edelle routine organizzative, e dai sistemioperativi di supporto a piu elevatacomplessita, i managed care networks,caratterizzati da reti cliniche che fornisconoil contesto in cui si sviluppanoalleanze intra- e multi-professionali, aforme organizzative piu governate.Il contesto in cui e strutturato il rafforzamentodella governance e il DipartimentoInteraziendale Regionale, che diventa,insieme al centro di coordinamento tecnicoprofessionale, lo strumento organizzativodella programmazione strategica,dell?integrazione inter-Aziendale edei diversi livelli di assistenza delle attivitasanitarie e sociosanitarie
