Valutare la co-produzione. Il caso delle politiche di profilassi iodica

Abstract

La co-produzione - coinvolgimento diretto dei cittadini nell?erogazione di servizi di cui beneficiano - ? oggetto di rinnovata attenzione da parte del management pubblico. La letteratura mette in risalto l?efficacia della co-produzione nell?allineare i comportamenti sociali alla creazione di valore pubblico. Mancano, tuttavia, studi empirici che ne valutino gli effetti. La ricerca valuta la gestione e l?impatto di un progetto di co-produzione sulla iodoprofilassi. L?analisi empirica mostra una maggiore consapevolezza dei rischi per la salute e una maggiore predisposizione a svolgere un ruolo attivo nella prevenzione, modificando le proprie abitudini alimentari, dei cittadini co-produttori rispetto ai non co-produttori. Si identificano implicazioni rilevanti per coloro che sono impegnati in politiche di iodoprofilassi e in altri ambiti di tutela della salute.
