User innovation e cambiamento tecnologico nelle trib? hightech

Abstract

Il rapido cambiamento tecnologico, di fatto caratterizzante tutti i settori industriali dell?economia odierna, sembra essere, potenzialmente, un fattore determinante per l?attivazione della user innovation in alcuni gruppi sociali. Il presente studio ambisce ad investigare il fenomeno della user innovation indotta dal cambiamento tecnologico settoriale, utilizzando come unit? d?analisi le trib? imprenditoriali high-tech. Per mezzo di una ricerca di natura induttiva effettuata tramite il metodo del case study, si sviluppano cinque research proposition . Il caso di studio qui analizzato ? la trib? imprenditoriale dei radioamatori, i quali si sono adeguati al cambiamento tecnologico del settore delle telecomunicazioni sviluppando autonomamente software multimediali per ottimizzare l?utilizzo del loro vecchio prodotto di culto (la radio) anche nel nuovo contesto tecnologico dominato da internet.
