I paradossi del mismatch. Un?indagine qualitativa su alcune piccole e medie imprese trevigiane e bellunesi

Abstract

Lo sviluppo di un accordo di collaborazione fra la Camera di Commercio Treviso e Belluno - Dolomiti e gli Atenei di Ca? Foscari e Padova per la promozione di tirocini di neolaureati nelle piccole e medie imprese del territorio ha incontrato la problematica del mismatch fra domanda e offerta di lavoro. Come possono coesistere il fenomeno della fuga di cervelli all?estero e la difficolt?, rappresentata dalle imprese, nel reperimento di profili di alto livello? Questa situazione che appare paradossale ha importanti conseguenze non solo per i giovani laureati e le loro famiglie ma anche per le imprese, costrette a ridimensionare i programmi di sviluppo. Con una ricerca di tipo qualitativo, mediante somministrazione di interviste semi-strutturate ai responsabili risorse umane di Pmi di Treviso e Belluno, ci si ? proposti di far emergere i nodi del problema e i suoi effetti, cercando anche di capire quali servizi e attivit? vengano ritenuti utili per favorire il processo di incrocio fra domanda e offerta di lavoro.
