Il welfare territoriale tra contrazione delle risorse e imperativo di innovazione

Abstract

Il contributo, a partire da due programmi attuati dalla Regione Veneto - Alleanze Territo-riali per la Famiglia e Piani di intervento in materia di Politiche Giovanili - si interroga sull?evoluzione possibile delle politiche di welfare territoriale che hanno caratterizzato gli anni recenti, in un contesto stretto nella morsa da un lato di una intensa pressione all?innovazione e dall?altro di una crescente riduzione della spesa pubblica. Al di l? degli obiettivi istituzionali, le due esperienze esaminate rappresentano espressioni di "innovazio-ne sociale". Le risorse attivate e la rete di attori coinvolti consentono di leggere le dinami-che innescate come processi che costruiscono artificialmente legami di prossimit? e di mu-tuo riconoscimento, in cui si possono riconoscere e analizzare forme diversificate di peer-to-peer production.
