Abstract

Questo articolo ripercorre il percorso che ha portato dalla ideazione del progetto Lavoro 4.0 Cgil alla sua realizzazione ed evoluzione con la piattaforma collaborativa online Idea Diffusa. Si tratta di una sperimentazione, sempre aperta a promuovere l?apprendimento collaborativo e l?intelligenza collettiva dell?organizzazione per renderla in grado di governare i processi di digitalizzazione. Proprio per questo, una lettura critica degli strumenti e dei processi attivati pu? essere utile per individuare i percorsi futuri.
