Verso una maggior integrazione tra politiche attive e politiche passive del lavoro. problemi attuativi

Abstract

La peculiare distribuzione delle competenze istituzionali e dei luoghi di erogazione delle diverse forme di politiche del lavoro rende necessaria in Italia una riflessione sulle strategie di sviluppo del sistema di workfare, anche alla luce degli ultimi interventi normativi sul lavoro e della mancata riforma costituzionale. Il paper illustra i risultati del progetto realizzato nell?ambito del programma Visit Inps Scholars (che prevede la selezione periodica di progetti di ricerca basati sull?accesso e utilizzo degli archivi amministrativi dell?Inps) in cui ? stata svolta un?analisi approfondita dei trattamenti e dei percettori di sostegno al reddito in caso di disoccupazione. Nel contempo vengono affrontate le ricadute che la gestione amministrativa e il carattere di tali trattamenti hanno sul sistema di erogazione delle misure di accompagnamento al reinserimento lavorativo.
