Abstract

Con la legge n. 14 del 2023 l?attuale maggioranza di governo ha disposto una proroga delle concessioni demaniali marittime, fluviali e lacuali ad uso turistico-ricreativo fino al 31 dicembre 2024. Il presente contributo si pone l?obiettivo di inquadrare le attuali criticit? di questa proroga, vagliandosene la compatibilit? con i principi europei e costituzionali nonch? i suoi effetti concreti sul regime dei relativi atti amministrativi.
