L?introduzione delle tecnologie web-based nel sistema bancario: possibili implicazioni (di Goffredo Sdrubolini) - ABSTRACT: Questo lavoro vuole mettere in luce alcune implicazioni dell?introduzione delle nuove tecnologie web-based nel mondo degli istituti finanziari. La smaterializzazione del rapporto cliente/fornitore proprio del mondo internet, le peculiarit? del modello di business ridisegnato sulle applicazioni web aprono alle banche nuove opportunit? ed evidenziano nuovi rischi. Multicanalit?, scalability del business model, outsourcing, e partnership saranno alcuni degli aspetti che caratterizzano le strategie delle societ? che gestiranno i servizi finanziari nel prossimo futuro.
