Abstract

Offerta formativa e professionalit? emergenti nel sistema turistico (di di Giuseppe Sancetta) - ABSTRACT: Il saggio si propone di affrontare le problematiche attinenti all?adeguatezza dell?offerta formativa nel turismo in relazione alle figure professionali emergenti. Dopo aver analizzato i principali cambiamenti del sistema turistico - inasprimento della dinamica competitiva, mutamenti delle esigenze espresse dalla domanda e sviluppo delle tecnologie informatiche - l?articolo individua una serie di professionalit? che sembrano offrire interessanti opportunit? dal punto di vista occupazionale. In seguito, esamina le caratteristiche dell?offerta formativa sottolineandone gli aspetti pi? significativi. In tale contesto, appare evidente la necessit? di adattare il contenuto delle attivit? didattiche ai fabbisogni espressi dal mercato del lavoro, nonch? l?esigenza di procedere ad interventi con un maggior grado di coordinamento. Infine, l?indagine delinea, sinteticamente, l?esperienza maturata dall?autore in qualit? di docente nel corso di perfezionamento in Economia del turismo organizzato dall?Universit? di Roma ?La Sapienza? con sede a Rieti.
