The scientific and editorial history of the journal Economia agro-alimentare

Abstract

This short note presents an overview of the editorial path of journal Economia agro-alimentare during the past 20 years, from the journal?s inception in 1996 through 2015. The paper is aimed at highlighting the publication?s contribution to the scientific analysis of the food economy. A wide set of relevant areas of interest and trends emerged from the analysis of 382 published papers. Perspectives of the journal in the international literature are discussed.
