La nuova politica di sviluppo rurale dell?Unione Europea

Abstract

Questo articolo analizza la politica di sviluppo rurale per il periodo di programmazione 2014-2020. In particolare, esso presenta innanzitutto i suoi nuovi obiettivi e le sue priorit?, e si sofferma ad analizzare il menu delle nuove misure previste nel Regolamento n. 1305/2013. La politica di sviluppo rurale si sviluppa in Italia attraverso 21 Programmi di sviluppo rurale regionali ed un programma nazionale trasversale relativo ad alcune misure a gestione centrale. Il paper si sofferma in particolare sulle novit? introdotte nella nuova programmazione europea dello sviluppo rurale, con particolare riferimento all?integrazione con le altre politiche strutturali dell?Unione, alle misure adottate per assicurare all?intervento maggiore finalizzazione ed efficienza, al networking per l?integrazione tra politiche territoriali, l?innovazione attraverso la diffusione della conoscenza, la partecipazione a livello regionale e locale.
