Abstract

Programmi statali per la crescita delle imprese innovative negli Stati Uniti. Una tassonomia - Il lavoro descrive alcuni dei programmi statali destinati a promuovere l?innovazione e quindi la crescita delle imprese innovative negli Stati Uniti. L?obiettivo di queste politiche ? quello di migliorare il funzionamento dei mercati delle risorse e dei prodotti in modo che le imprese innovative possano produrre beni a costi pi? bassi. L?intervento governativo trova giustificazione nella scarsa performance dei mercati dei nuovi prodotti. Gli approcci utilizzati per la promozione dell?innovazione e di imprese innovative sono la partecipazione diretta nei mercati da parte dei governi, il miglioramento del funzionamento dei mercati attraverso la promozione degli investimenti, l?assistenza diretta alle imprese per promuovere lo sviluppo dei prodotti per il mercato. In particolare il lavoro analizza quattro documenti che riassumono le azioni pi? importanti attuate dai governi nei tre maggiori mercati delle risorse e nel mercato dei nuovi prodotti. Infine, il lavoro presenta una breve analisi dell?efficacia dei programmi statali nel promuovere l?innovazione e la formazione e la crescita delle imprese innovative.
