Abstract

Politiche di active ageing in Europa: barriere e opportunit? per la loro implementazione in una analisi comparata europea - Lo scenario demografico che si prospetta in Europa nei prossimi decenni prevede un aumento della popolazione anziana e dell?indice di dipendenza. A soffrire in modo particolare della crescente disparit? tra popolazione attiva e inattiva ? il comparto previdenziale. L?Unione Europea promuove un aumento della partecipazione al mercato del lavoro degli anziani, sostenendo un approccio orientato al ciclo di vita e facendo propria una prospettiva comprehensive alle tematiche dell?ageing society. Obiettivo dell?articolo ? quello di analizzare, ripercorrendo i risultati di una ricerca finanziata dal V programma quadro dell?Unione Europea, le barriere e le opportunit? all?implementazione di politiche di active ageing in relazione al mercato del lavoro in diversi paesi europei. La rassegna delle barriere e delle opportunit? nei diversi stati ? presentata facendo riferimento ai regimi di welfare esping-andersiani. Parole chiave: Politiche di active ageing, politiche comparate, regimi di welfare, mercato del lavoro.
