Abstract

Il benessere animale ha assunto il ruolo di principio nella predisposizione delle regole europee e nazionali sul governo dell?attivit? di allevamento, con la conseguente predisposizione di un apparato normativo sul controllo del rispetto degli obblighi indicati. L?Autrice inquadra le regole sul benessere animale nelle politiche agricole europee evidenziandone criticit? e limiti, anche in considerazione dei riflessi della tutela del benessere degli animali sul funzionamento del mercato interno.
