I segni per il clima nella comunicazione commerciale degli alimenti

Abstract

Le esigenze di tutela del consumatore si estendono anche alla conoscenza del-l?impronta ambientale degli alimenti che concerne la stima dell?impatto che eserci-tano durante l?intero ciclo di vita e che, con riguardo agli effetti sul clima, ? misu-rata attraverso idonee regole tecniche e, successivamente, comunicata attraverso precise rassicurazioni fornite da segni e messaggi. In specie, il chilometro zero co-stituisce una formula diffusa e adottata, su base regionale, quale espressione di garanzia di una filiera definita nella dimensione territoriale (regionale) pi? ade-guata al controllo della sostenibilit? della produzione agroalimentare. L?interesse, negli scambi commerciali, a sostenere il consumo di prodotti ecologici conduce, tuttavia, a valutare con severit? la serie dei messaggi pubblicitari nei confronti delle aspettative dei destinatari.
