Il diritto agrario di fronte ai cambiamenti climatici

Abstract

L?autrice intende mettere in luce il ruolo del diritto agrario in relazione ai cam-biamenti climatici. Il 25/9/2015, le Nazioni Unite hanno approvato l?Agenda 2030 per lo sviluppo sostenibile indicando 17 Obiettivi (Sustainable Development Goals - Sdgs nell?acronimo inglese), articolati in 169 target da raggiungere entro il 2030 tra i quali compare la promozione di un?agricoltura sostenibile. Questo nuovo mo-dello di crescita mette in luce il ruolo chiave dell?agricoltura nell?attenuazione dei cambiamenti climatici e nell?adattamento ad essi. Se ? vero, infatti, che l?agricoltura contribuisce per quasi il 20% alle emissioni di gas serra, ? essa stessa una parte fondamentale della soluzione in termini di mitigazione degli impatti, di esternalit? positive per aumentare la resistenza e combattere l?impatto del cambiamento climatico. Ma a quale tipo di agricoltura ci riferiamo? Esiste una definizione condivisa e univoca di agricoltura "sostenibile" la sola che sembra capace di migliorare la gestione di risorse naturali come l?acqua, di conservare la biodiversit? e i servizi eco-sistemici? ? compito dello studioso di diritto agrario dare una risposta a queste domande.
