Abstract

L?approvazione delle nuove regole europee per la coltivazione di variet? geneticamente modificate a norma della dir. 2001/18/CE condurr? forse ad un superamento dell?utilizzazione degli ogm in una parte dell?Europa. Non verranno meno tuttavia i problemi legati alla regolazione e alla gestione delle biotecnologie in agricoltura: categoria ampia e diversificata che comprende molte tecnologie non classificabili come ogm secondo la definizione normativa.
