Abstract

L?indagine proposta ? indirizzata ad approfondire le dinamiche del Farmer Market (FM) ovvero di un modello preciso di compravendita di prodotti in un mercato gestito direttamente dagli agricoltori. Di detto schema, comunemente riferibile al genere della "filiera corta", vengono descritti gli elementi strutturali nonch? gli aspetti critici e quelli virtuosi. L?indagine, che muove lungo un sentiero interdisciplinare di taglio giuridico-economico, ? cos? articolata: introduzione storica al problema, rassegna selettiva della letteratura sul comportamento del consumatore, regolazione giuridica dei FM, descrizione dell?esperienza del primo FM aperto nella Regione Marche, a Fermo, analisi delle dinamiche gestionali e logistiche e delle motivazioni del consumatore, considerazioni conclusive
