Sicurezza e coordinamento delle esigenze alimentari con quelle energetiche: nuove problematiche per il diritto agrario

Abstract

La vocazione del settore primario non ? pi? oggi limitata alla mera produzione di beni alimentari, ma abbraccia anche esigenze di carattere energetico attraverso lo sviluppo della c.d. agroenergia: se da un lato l?utilizzo di terreni per scopi ener- getici minaccia la sicurezza dell?approvvigionamento alimentare, dall?altro numerose sono le motivazioni che sollecitano l?impiego di fonti energetiche rinnovabili, pertanto si rivela indispensabile coordinare le istanze alimentari con quelle energetiche nelle tre declinazioni di security, safety e quality. Il diritto agrario ? dunque chiamato ad affrontare nuove problematiche in ordine all?impatto energetico, evidenziando le potenzialit? di strumenti gi? esistenti nonch? introducendo significativi elementi di novit?.
