    L’odierna realtà agricola appare sovente come un’esperienza marginale rispetto ad altre attività, ma tale "marginalità", lungi dal tradursi in "emarginazione", se assunta come valore positivo e gestita con acutezza, può trasformarsi in "tipicità"; ed è la "reciprocità" che impedisce alla "tipicità" di autoconfinarsi. Investire in un’agricoltura marginale quindi tipica e volta alla reciprocità significa, pertanto, non solo garantire solidità alle imprese agricole, ma anche fare in modo che le nuove generazioni assicurino la custodia della terra e la qualità delle produzioni.
