Il "nuovo" caporalato e il mercato del lavoro degli immigrati

Abstract

Il caporalato ? un fenomeno da tempo noto al mercato del lavoro italiano, che conosce queste forme di utilizzazione indiretta dell?attivit? lavorativa da pi? di mezzo secolo. Dati recenti segnalano, tuttavia, nuove manifestazioni di questo fenomeno in connessione con l?aumento dell?offerta di lavoro della manodopera immigrata. L?articolo analizza questa "nuova" forma di caporalato e si struttura in tre parti. Nella prima, vengono analizzate le caratteristiche principali del nuovo caporalato, in connessione con le caratteristiche del mercato del lavoro degli immigrati. Nella seconda si procede all?analisi delle tecniche di tutela volte alla repressione e prevenzione del fenomeno. Nella terza, si procede all?analisi delle proposte in campo finalizzate ad una riforma e ad una efficace prevenzione del fenomeno.
