Abstract

Borçlanmada risk analizinin yapılması olgusu yasal zeminini, borç yönetiminin genel esaslarını belirleyen kanun düzenlemelerinden almaktadır. Söz konusu kanunların belirttiği hususların uygulanmasında da idari yapılanma ve işleyiş fonksiyon görmektedir. Buradan hareketle Türkiye’de borçlanmada risk analizinin yapılmasına temel teşkil eden idari yapılanma ve işleyiş irdelenecektir.
