Abstract

Bu çalışmada son yıllarda Türkiye’de de yansımasını bulan yeni bölgeselcilik anlayışı çerçevesinde gündeme gelen bölge kalkınma ajansları çok boyutlu olarak incelenmektedir. Bu konu çerçevesinde çalışma beş baslık altında oluşturulmuştur. Giriş ve sonuç bölümlerine ek olarak makalede; konunun teorik çerçevesine ait bir bölüm, Türkiye’de bölge politikaları anlayış değişmelerine ilişkin bir bölüm ve bölge kalkınma ajanslarının dünyadaki uygulamaları ve Türkiye’de bu konudaki gelişmelere ait bir bölüm yer almaktadır.

    Note: [English Title] ANALYSIS OF REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT AGENCIES FOR TURKISH ECONOMY [English Abstract] This article consists of five sections for the proposed regional policies in Turkey. First section is introduction of this paper. In the second section of this paper different approaches (Keynesian regional policies, orthodox neoliberal regional policies and new regionalism) about regional policies in the 20. Century are discussed. In the third section regional development agencies (RDAs) and new regional policies of Turkey are presented. In the fourth section it is argued that (RDAs) and new regionalism is suitable for less developed countries. And it is tried out how new approaches affect Turkish regional policies.
