Abstract

El artículo presenta un modelo keynesiano en el que el cambio de la estructura se visualiza en conjunto con los ajustes de política macroeconómica convencionales. Se destaca la necesidad de observar los dos movimientos en conjunto y de no olvidar el énfasis que pone Schumpeter en el cambio estructural cuando se aplican políticas keynesianas de manejo de la demanda agregada, ya sea que se trate de políticas expansivas para evitar una recesión o de políticas de contracción del gasto para restablecer el equilibrio externo.
