El futuro incierto de la digitalización en México: ¿Podremos despegar?

Abstract

El nuevo paradigma de manufactura digitalizada constituye una etapa disruptiva, identificada como distinta al pasado por la velocidad, la extensión y el impacto en la sociedad. Las interrogantes a dilucidar en este trabajo se refieren: i) las características de la incorporación de la digitalización en la producción industrial, ii) los resultados de un estudio exploratorio aplicado a un conjunto de empresas mexicanas de diferente tamaño que avanzaron en la aplicación de tecnologías digitales,1 con el fin de identificar las características del proceso de transición analógica a digital y los obstáculos internos y externos enfren-tados por las empresas en la transición a la digitalización
