Abstract

A natureza da experiência turística é multidimensional e abarca todos os sentidos. Cada experiência turística assume um significado diferente para cada turista. Ela tem o seu próprio momento e ocorre em função do estado de espírito de um indivíduo e da forma como ele interage com o lugar que visita. Tudo o que um turista observa ou experimenta num destino é uma experiência seja ela negativa ou positiva. A complexidade da experiência em turismo faz com que ela seja abordada em diferentes perspetivas. O presente artigo apresenta uma reflexão teórica sobre a conceptualização da experiência turística e as diferentes abordagens que estudam a experiência em turismo.
