El Turismo Mayor Como Un Medio De Satisfacciã“N Personal

Abstract

El presente trabajo hace una caracterización de la contribución que las actividades turísticas tienen en la calidad de vida de las personas mayores. Se realizó una encuesta de opinión en tres grupos de edad (jóvenes, adultos y ancianos) relativos al turismo de los mayores. Del mismo modo, se recogió las opiniones de las personas mayores que participaron en los programas de turismo. También se ha hecho la comparación de opiniones en los tres grupos de edad. Las opiniones son similares entre los diferentes grupos de edad y el turismo de los mayores parece tener un impacto positivo en la calidad de vida. Así, el turismo senior puede ser un camino para mejorar la calidad de vida de los mayores, trayendo felicidad, más esperanza hacia el futuro, bienestar, motivación y menos síntomas de depresión y ansiedad.
